RETURNS
MyPoopBags.com has a No Questions Asked refund policy for products returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned unused and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping any and all returns. Returns will be inspected and processed within 72 hours of receipt and full refunds will be credited to customers’ original payment method within 7 days. PLEASE NOTE: Some credit card companies may take up to 10 business days to process refunds and apply them to your account.

Q. I have a large yard. Do I really need to buy dog waste bags?

Q. How do I dispose of the dog waste bags?
A. According to the United States Department of Agriculture, dog poop can be a beneficial soil additive for re-vegetation and landscaping if properly composted. We have 2 easily doable suggestions.
• Start a compost – Composting has several great advantages. First, it reduces your contribution to our landfill / waste problem. Second, it is a great way to enrich your soil, adding all-important organic matter and increasing the drainage capacity of your soil. • Community compost – In an ongoing effort to perpetuate a Greener lifestyle, many cities across the U.S. have established neighborhood recycle centers. Check with your local community services department to find out when compost materials are picked up and include the dog waste with other materials.

Q. What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
A. While we want your business, it is important to us that we develop mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. In the event you make a purchase and are not satisfied with that purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund as long as the following criteria are met:
• Returned merchandise is in new, unused condition
• Returned merchandise is in the original packaging
• Returned merchandise passes a product inspection
Customer are responsible for paying the shipping cost on all returns. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of passing the inspection.
